New customer acquisition for a scale-up dotcom

Beauty Pie is the first ever buyer’s club for beauty, offering luxury skincare and make up at wholesale prices.

The business had built up a loyal following off the back of PR and influencer marketing, but was looking to ramp up customer acquisition through new channels.

Through customer insight and market research, we identified a new growth audience that stretched across traditional ‘age and demo’ groups, based on consumer need.

A data-driven Out of Home campaign across the capital saw us cherry-pick sites to reach our affluent audience, with transport formats used to reach busy commuters in high-dwell time environments, to drive understanding of the brand proposition.
